Ingredients:
20: Chilies, red, dried
And chopped,
4 tsp: Coriander, ground
2 tsp: Cumin, ground
2 tsp: Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp: Cardamom, powdered
2 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp: Cloves, ground
12: Garlic cloves, crushed
2 large: Onion, red, chopped
2 tsp: Pepper, black, ground
2 tsp: Shrimp paste, Kapi
4 tsp: Salt,
8 tbsp: Lemon grass, chopped fine
2: Galangal, (Khal) 1"
8: Bay leaves,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bay leaves in blender, grind into a
paste. Add the bay leaves directly when making curried chicken or
beef.
