Potato Babka Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Eggs, separated
2 cup: Mashed potatoes, hot
1/3 cup: Hot cream or milk,
1/3 cup: Cottage cheese,
1 tbsp: Butter,
Salt,
Directions:
From "Traditional Ukrainian Cookery" by Savella Stechishin.
Beat egg yolks into potatoes. Add remaining ingredients, except egg
whites. Beat vigorously until light. Beat egg whites until stiff and
fold into mix. Spoon potatoes lightly into a buttered baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes at 400F. or until well puffed.
