Pumpkin Squares For A Crowd Recipe

Ingredients:

%%%%% OAT CRUST %%%%%
1 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Quick oats,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
%%%%% PUMPKIN FILLING %%%%%
2 cup: Pumpkin,
2 cup: Milk,
3 each: Eggs, beaten
3/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Ginger,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Combine the
crust ingredients and pat into pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Stir
filling ingredients together and pour over baked crust. Continue to
bake for about 30 minutes or pumpkin is set. Cool. Can be served
with a dollop of whipped cream as garnish. Origin: Homestyle,
