Aunt Sudie Winklers Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
6 tbsp: Butter,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
2 cup: Sugar, (divided 1 c. & 1 c.)
3/4 cup: Milk,
3/4 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Sliced peaches,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter (or margarine) in bottom
of 2-quart baking dish. Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and
salt. Add milk and stir. Pour batter over butter, but do not stir.
Combine peaches and 1 cup sugar and spoon over batter. Do Not stir.
Bake for 1 hour.

Percent calories from fat 26%
