Bacon And Eggs Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Bacon slices,
1 cup: Sour cream,
18 each: Eggs,
1/4 cup: Green onions, sliced
1 cup: Milk,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese, 4
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
oz Chopped,

Directions:
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions,
salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Crumble
bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325 deg. for 40 to 45
min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let
stand for 5 min. Yield: 8-10 servings.
