Grilled Tuna With Green Peppercorns - Bon Appetit Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: , (1/4 stick) butter, room
2: 7-oz tuna steaks,
-temperature,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Green peppercorns in brine,
Olive oil,
-drained and chopped,
Lemon wedges,

Directions:
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Combine
butter and peppercorns. Rub tuna with lemon juice. Brush with oil.
Place on grill. Cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes
per side for medium. Transfer to plates. Spread with peppercorn
butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
