Herbed Ham And Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: 1% low-fat cottage cheese,
-drained,
1/2 package: , (8-oz.) Healthy Choice fat-
2 tbsp: Chopped fresh parsley,
-free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1/3 cup: Finely chopped Healthy,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
-Choice deli-style ham,
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
2 ounce: (1 jar) Diced pimiento,
Directions:
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender; process
until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; add cream cheese and
remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve with melba toast rounds or fresh raw vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
