Herbed Ricotta And Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Ricotta cheese,
Thin,
1/2 cup: Fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp: Parmesan, grated
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Gorgonzola cheese --,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Crumble,
1: 12" pizza crust,
1/3 cup: Walnuts, chopped
2: Plum tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450~. Combine ricotta, basil, salt and pepper. Spread
evenly over pizza crust. Arrange tomato slices in a circle 1" in from
the cheese border. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Gorgonzola and nuts. Bake
10 minutes. Per Slice 255 Cal, 11 gr Fat. VARIATION-Mozzarella,
Gorgonzola and Walnuts-Spread 1-1/2 c shredded mozzarella over crust.
Prepare and bake as directed but omit ricotta, basil, salt and
pepper. Per Slice: 280 Cal, 14 gr Fat.
