Light Caramel Sauce^ Recipe

Ingredients:
Fast & Healthy 12/94,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
Carolyn Shaw 8-95,
1/2 cup: Firmly packed brown sugar,
3/4 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Nonfat vanilla yogurt,

Directions:
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except yogurt; mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 8 minutes without
stirring. Cool to room temperature. Add yogurt; blend well. Makes
about 1 cup.

Per 1/9 of recipe: 90 cal., 0 g protein, 24 g carb., 0 g fiber and
fat, 0 mg chol., 10 mg sodium, 55 mg potassium, 1 1/2 fruit exchanges.
