Llt (lox, Lettuce And Tomato) Sandwich - Country Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Poppy seed or plain bagels,
1/4 lbs: Thinly sliced smoked saimon,
-split in half,
-, lox
3 tbsp: Light cream cheese or,
1 small: Red onion, thinly sliced
-Neufchatel cheese,
1 1/2 tsp: Drained capers, opt.
Lettuce leaves, (Boston,
Fresh dill sprigs,
-bibb, escarole, or romaine)
Lemon wedges, opt.
1 large: Or 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
1 Place bottoms of bagels on 4 sandwich plates. Divide cream cheese
among bagels.
2. Top each bagel bottom with lettuce, cover with tomato slices,
salmon, onion, capers (if desired), and dill; add remaining bagel
half.
3. Serve "LLT" with lemon wedges, if desired.
