Meringue Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Egg whites,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Chocolate chips,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually
add sugar, then fold in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto a foil lined, greased cookie sheet. Turn oven off
and put cookies in oven overnight, or for at least 6 hours. Randy Rigg
