Potato And Sausage Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Cooked sausage meat, minced
3 cup: Potatoes, mashed
1: Egg,
Fine dry crumbs,
Directions:
Combine the sausage meat, egg and potato; form into small flat cakes,
roll in the crumbs and saute in the sausage fat until browned on both
sides.
