Tomatoes,
Salt,
Directions:
Cut large hollows in unpeeled tomatoes, salt them and invert for 15
minutes to drain. Fill with ingredients, cover top with bread crumbs
and dot with butter or sprinkle with cheese. Place in pan with
enough water to prevent scorching and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at
350 F. or brown in broiler until tops are brown.
