Almond Baked Halibut Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Halibut,
2 each: Cloves of garlic crushed,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Oil,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Sliced almonds,
3 each: Juice of 3 limes,
1 tbsp: Butter or margerine,
Directions:
Heat oven to 500. Arrange fish in a shallow low baking pan. Season
with salt and pepper. Blend together lime juice, garlic and oil and
brush over fish. Bake for 10 minutes; turn over, baste with juice.
Lower oven temperature to 425 and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or
until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste several times during
cooking. Saute almonds in butter or margerine until golden brown.
Serve fish with almonds sprinkled on top and garnish with lime
