Asian Vinaigrette Recipe

2: Garlic clove, s
2 tbsp: Rice wine vinegar,
-minced, 2 tsp
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Ginger, minced
1 tbsp: Sesame oil, opt
1/4 cup: Chicken stock,
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake
until well blended. Correct the seasoning, adding soy sauce to taste.
Serve with salmon, tofu, or cucumber salads.
