Asparagus Ham Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Frozen asparagus spears --,
1/2 cup: Chopped onion,
10 ounce: Each,
6 each: Eggs,
Cut and thawed,
2 cup: Milk,
1 lbs: Cooked ham, chopped
1 1/2 cup: Buttermilk baking mix,
2 cup: Swiss cheese, shredded 8
2 tbsp: Vegetable flaked, dried
Oz,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
In two greased 9 inch. pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese
and onion. In a bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie
plate. Bake at 375 deg. for 30 min. or until a knife inserted near
the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.
