Atlantic Highlands Steamed Soft Shells Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Dozen small soft shell,
1 tbsp: Seafood seasoning,
-clams in shell,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Margarine,
Directions:
Wash clams thoroughly. Place water in a large pot and add clams.
Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover tightly, bring to a boil, and reduce
heat. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until shells open. Drain clams,
reserving liquid. Strain liquid and add margarine. Serve hot clams
in shells with broth on the side for dipping.
