Baked Garden Veggies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Carrots *1,
1/4 cup: Butter,
2 cup: Potatoes *2,
3 tbsp: Parsley, fresh, minced, *5
1 package: Lima beans, frozen
1/4 tsp: Salt free seasoning or Spike,
2 large: Zucchini *3,
1/2 tsp: Sea salt, optional
2 cup: Cabbage *4,
Fresh ground black pepper,

Directions:
*1 cut into fine matchsticks *2 peeled, quartered, and cut into 1/4
inch slices OR 1 small cauliflower, cut into 1/2 inch florets. *3
quartered and cut into 1 inch cubes. *4 coarsely chopped. (Sub. bok
choy leaves coarse chopped) *5 fresh parsley, minced (optional)
