Tropical Pops Recipe
Yield: 3 - 6 popsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 carton: , (8-oz) low-fat or non-fat
--, canned or fresh
-- pina-colada yogurt,
1/4 cup: Orange juice,
1/4 cup: Crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients. Freeze until firm in a mold if you
have one. If NOT, freeze mixture in small paper cups. Add a stick
or plastic spoon when pops are half frozen. To eat, peel away the
paper. (Eat right away or transfer to a plastic container or
heavy-duty plastic bags for long-term freezing).
