Ingredients:
1/2: 6 oz pk thin-sliced turkey,
-crusts removed, cut in half
-breast, rolled up
1 tbsp: Whole-grain prepared mustard,
2 Slices: whole wheat bread,
Parsley sprigs,
Directions:
On serving platter, place one slice of rolled turkey on each piece of
bread; top with a dab of mustard and sprig of parsley.
