Bread Dressing - Slc Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: , (1 pound) loaf day old bread
-undiluted,
-, crumbled
2 each: Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
3/4 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Celery, chopped
1 cup: Canned chicken broth,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to bread
mixture, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart
casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.

Note: Dressing is too moist to bake in turkey. <<<<<<<<<
