Cals Mock Lobster Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Crackers, crumbled
1/2 tsp: Celery Seed,
1 1/2 Stalks: Celery, chopped
3/4 cup: Tomato Juice,
1 small: Onion, chopped
1 cup: Tomatoes, Canned
3: Hard-Cooked Eggs, chopped
Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 cup: Mayonnaise,

Directions:
Combine crackers with celery, onions, and eggs. Blend mayonnaise with
celery seed, tomato juice, and canned tomatoes. Stir into first
mixture and season to taste. Makes 8 servings.
