Coney Island Hotdog Sauce # 2 Recipe

Ingredients:
YIELD: 1 SERVINGS
1 quart: Water, hot
1 tsp: White wine vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Allspice, ground
2 lbs: Beef, lean ground
1 each: Tb Salt,
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 tsp: Black pepper, freshly ground
1 can: Tomato paste,, 12 oz
1 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 each: Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp: Cumin, ground
3 each: Bay leaves,
3 each: Tb Chili powder,
Directions:
Pour water in a large sauce pan. Crumble in beef (do not brown). Add
rest of ingredients. Simmer for about 3 hours, or to desired
consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before
