County Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Egg,
1 Box: stuffing, corn bread
1 can: Cream of celery soup, 10
Mix,
3/4 ounce: ,
1 1/2 lbs: Ground beef, extra lean
Undiluted,
1/2 lbs: Ground veal, ground
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 lbs: Ground pork,
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine
beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a
9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hrs. or until no pink
remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
