Hearty Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tsp: Lemon julce,
1/3 cup: Walnuts, chopped
1 small: Apple, finely chopped
6 each: Kaiser rolls, split
1 package: Cream cheese, 3 ounces
6 each: Lettuce leaves,
Softened,
1 lbs: Roast beef,
1 tbsp: Milk,
Thinly sliced fully cooked,
1 tbsp: Prepared horseradish,
2 tbsp: Green onions, sliced
Directions:
Sprinkle lemon juice over apple. In a small bowl, combine cream
cheese, milk and horseradish; add apple and walnuts and mix well.
Spread onto cut side of roll tops. On each roll bottom, place the
lettuce, roast beef and green onions; replace tops. Yield: 6 servings
