Jims Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ounce: Boiling water,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Onion powder*,
1/4 tsp: Fresh ground black pepper,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder*,
3 small: Fresh habanero peppers,
1/4 tsp: Basil*,
-minced,
1/8 tsp: Tarragon*,
20 ounce: Fresh tomatoes, minced
Directions:
In a small bowl with a cover, combine onion and garlic powder with
basil, tarragon, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water over ingredients
and stir. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mince
habaneros and tomato. Add to spice mixture, gently stir to mix. Cover
and refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is better. *This items
are home grown, dried, powdered and/or crushed. The flavor is more
intense than store bought. If using store bought ingredients you may
