Lemon Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Head: garlic,
-or leaves, minced
-minced, 1/4 cup
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
4: , (to 5) hot red chilies
1/2 cup: Fish sauce,
-minced, 1/4 cup
2 tbsp: Sugar or to taste,
3 tbsp: Cilantro root,
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir until the sugar
is completely dissolved. Add more sugar, as necessary. The sauce
should be tart, salty, and sweet.
Serve with grilled seafood.
