Lemon-dill Salmon Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
4: 4-6 oz ea salmon fillets,
1/4 tsp: Dillweed,
2 tbsp: Butter, melted
1/8 tsp: Salt OR TO TASTE,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Place salmon fillets o n greased broiler rack. Combine remaining
ingredients and baste fillets. Broil 4" from heat for 10 minutes per
inch of thickness. Baste frequently. Do not turn. Salmon is cooked
when it flakes with a fork. Garnish with dillweed leaf.
