Lemon Sherry Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Flour,
3 tbsp: Sherry,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Skim milk,
1: Egg plus,
3 tbsp: Liquid sucaryl,
2: Egg yolks,
2: Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.combine flour,cinnamon,and salt in a small
bowl.Combine egg plus yolks,sherry,lemon juice,milk and sucaryl.Add
to dry ingredients,beating well.Fold in stiffly beaten egg
whites.Pour into a lightly buttered 4 cup casserole.Set in a pan of
hot water and bake 55 to 60 minutes.Serve warm or chilled.
