Lemon Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Chuck steak,
2 medium: Onions, sliced
2 tbsp: Butter, softened
1 cup: Ketchup,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Worchestershire sauce,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Water,
1 large: Lemon, sliced
Directions:
Wipe steak with damp cloth and place in large baking dish. Rub with
softened butter. Season with salt and pepper, cover with lemon and
onion slices.
Combine ketchup, Worchestershire sauce and water and pour over steak.
Cover tightly so meat will steam tender. (aluminum foil makes a snug
fitting lid) Bake at 350 F. 2 hours or until tender.
