Light Raspberry Cherry Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Light fruit pectin crystals 1 1/4 c Pitted sour cherries,
1 3/4 cup: Crushed raspberries,
Directions:
In small bowl, mix pectin crystals with 1/4 cup of the sugar. In 16
cup microwaveable bowl, combine raspberries, cherries and pectin
mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on High, for 5-8 minutes, or until a
full rolling boil, stirring once. Stir in remaining sugar and
microwave, uncovered, on High for 4-6 minutes, or until returned to
full rolling boil, stirring twice. Microwave on High for another
minute. Fill, seal and store jars in fridge for up to one month.
