Marble Fudge Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
4 1/2 ounce: Semisweet chocolate,
1 pinch: Salt,
9 ounce: Sweet butter,
Additional butter for,
2: Eggs,
-greasing molds,
3 cup: + 1 Tb Sugar,
Cocoa powder,
8 ounce: Cream cheese,
Powdered sugar,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
Chocolate sauce,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
Ice cream,
1/2 cup: Flour,
Mint sprigs,
Directions:
Over hot water bath or in microwave; melt chocolate and butter. Beat
eggs and 3 cups plus 1 tablespoon sugar together.
With an electric mixer combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and
vanilla.
Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and combine. Add flour and stir
to combine. (Do not over stir) Add salt and stir.
Pour chocolate mixture into 4 molds that have been buttered and cocoa
powdered. Fill half way to top. (Note: All this time the cream cheese
mixture has been mixing in the electric mixer)
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of chocolate mixture. With a spoon,
using a few swirling motions mix the brownie to get a marbled look.
(Do not over mix, you just want a marbled effect)
Bake at 350~ for 35 minutes. Cool a little; then unmold. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
To serve: Spoon some chocolate sauce (prepared or commercial) onto
plate. Swirl plate to coat. Place brownie in center of sauce. Put
scoop of ice cream on top. Garnish with mint sprigs.
