No Bake Fruit Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:
3 cups miniature marshmallows, or 30 quartered 2 cups graham wafer
crumbs 1/2 cup green cherries, halved 1/2 cup red cherries, halved
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 - 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Mix together. Chill mixture overnight or for several hours. Shape
chilled mixture into balls, about 1" in diameter, then roll in fine
coconut. Makes about 4 doz. Freezes well.

Title: Broccoliflower Salad

Yield: 12 servings

1 Head cauliflower flowerets 1 c Sour cream
1 bn Broccoli flowerets 1 tb Sugar
1 pk Peas, Frozen -- uncooked 1 ts Salt
1 pk Hidden Valley Ranch Salad 1 ts Garlic powder
Dressing mix 1/2 c Cheddar cheese -- cubed
2 c Mayonnaise

Cut vegetables into flowerets (use an equal size bunch of both). Add
frozen peas.

Blend together: Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip, sour cream, dressing mix,
salt, sugar, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over vegetables.
Refrigerate for several hours (overnight, if possible).

Add cheese just before serving.

NOTES : This is a "secret" recipe stolen from a restaurant in Peshtigo
Wisconsin, when my brother lived up there. Its really delicious!
Serves a crowd.
