Sausage And Mushroom Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 can: Cream of mushroom soup --,
1 cup: Green beans, fresh &
Undiluted 10 3/4 oz,
Halved,
1 1/2 lbs: Kielbasa, smoked cut 1 in
3/4 lbs: Fresh mushrooms, halved
5 medium: Potatoes, cut 1in chunks
1/2 medium: Head of cabbage, coarsely
4 large: Carrots, cut 1 in. piece
Chopped,
3 medium: Onions, coarsely chopped

Directions:

In an ovenproof 5 qt. Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients
except cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover
and stir. Add the cabbage. Cover and bake 30 min. longer or until
vegetables are tender. Stir again before servings. Yield: 6-8
servings.
