Sausage Nut Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Pork sausage, unseasoned
3 cup: Brown sugar,
1 cup: Raisins,
1 cup: Hot coffee,
3 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Soda, heaping
1 tsp: Cloves,
1 tsp: Allspice,

Directions:

Mix sausage and sugar in hot coffee, then add raisins and nuts. Add
other ingredients, beat well. Place in a greased pan and bake in a
350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be baked in loaf of layer
pans.
