Taco Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef, extra lean
1 package: Shell pasta, 8 oz
1 small: Onion, chopped
Cooked and drained,
3/4 cup: Water,
1 can: Green chiles, chopped
1 package: Taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4
2 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese --,
Oz,
Divided,
1 can: Tomato sauce, 15 oz.
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over med. heat; drain. Add
the water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce; mix. Bring to a boil;
reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. Stir in macaroni, chilies and 1
1/2 cups of cheese. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle
with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. or until
heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
