Texas Barbecue Baste Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
1/3 cup: Water,
Cayenne to taste,
1 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until butter is melted.
Use with beef, chicken, pork, or doves
