Sprouting Flax Seeds Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Prepared clay saucer -OR-,
1/4 cup: Flax seed,
1 each: Prepared tray,
Directions:
Use 1/4 cup in a clay saucer, or tray sprout, which will yield about
1 cup of sprouts.
Without soaking or rinsing the seeds, mist with water 3 times daily
for 3 to 5 days. Move into sunlight to green.
Harvest when sprouts are 1 to 1-1/2 inches long. Use in salads or
juices.
