1 tbsp: Cornstarch,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice, or vinegar
1/3 cup: Water,
2 tsp: Regular soy sauce,
6 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/2 tsp: Ginger root, minced
1/4 cup: Rice vinegar, (or white
1/4 tsp: Hot chili oil, optional
Vinegar, use 2 T less)
1/4 tsp: Hot sauce, optional
1/4 cup: Orange juice, (or 1 T
1 tbsp: Pickled ginger,
OJ concentrate),
Shredded, optional
3 tbsp: Ketchup or tomato puree,
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and water. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Cook over medium heat until glossy and thickened.
