Chocolate Bourbon Balls^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: , (6 oz) semisweet chocolate
2 1/2 cup: Vanilla wafer crumbs, (about
Morsels, melted
70: Cookies),
1/2 cup: Bourbon,
1/2 cup: Sifted powdered sugar,
3 tbsp: Light corn syrup,
1 cup: Finely chopped pecans,
Directions:
Stir first 3 ingredients until blended.
In a large bowl combine crumbs, powdered sugar, and pecans; stiring
well add chocolate mixture. Cover and let stand at room temperture 30
mins.
Shape mixture into 1" balls; put in granulated sugar. Store in
airtight container in refigertor.
