Date & Orange Chutney^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Chopped orange,
1 tbsp: Brown rice syrup,
1 cup: Chopped dates,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1 tsp: Freshly grated gingerroot,
pn Crushed chili pepper,
1/3 cup: Water,
pn Salt,
1/3 cup: Rice vinegar,
Directions:
Cook over medium-low heat 20-30 minutes. Cool and serve.
Keeps well in refrigerator several weeks.
