Lemon, Lime, Orange Or Lemon-lime Mustard Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Dijon-style mustard,
2 tsp: Honey,
1 tbsp: Fresh lemon, lime or
Grated zest of lemon, lime
-orange juice,
-or orange peel,
Directions:
Mix all in a medium bowl. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Store in a cool dark place for 2 weeks, then refrigerate.
Makes 2 tb per "serving"
