Meat Muffins^ Recipe

Ingredients:

MUFFINS
1: Egg, beaten
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
1 cup: Milk,
1/4 tsp: Peppre,
2 cup: Soft bread crumbs,
2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
2 tsp: Salt,
1 lbs: Lean ground pork,
1 tsp: Worcestershire,

TOPPING
1/2 cup: Packed brown sugar,
1/3 cup: Catsup,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine muffin ingredients and line 16 muffin cups. Bake for 25
minutes. Drain. Spoon combined sugar and catsup over and bake an
addtional 10 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
