Meat & Potato Quiche^ Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 cup: Heavy cream,
3 cup: Well drained shredded peeled,
5: Eggs,
Potatoes,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Shredded mozzarella cheese,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Browned ground beef,
1 tbsp: Minced fresh parsley,
1/4 cup: Chopped onion,
Directions:
Press combined potatoes and oil into a 10" pie plate firmly and bake
at 425f. until lightly browned, about 10 mintues. Layer with
mozzarella, beef, and onion. Combine cream, eggs,salt and pepper;
