Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2: , (1-1 1/2lb) pork
1/4 cup: Bourbon,
Tenderloins,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
MUSTARD SAUCE-COMBINE ALL AN
2/3 cup: Sour cream,
3: To 4 green onions, finely
2/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
Chopped,
2 tbsp: Dry mustard,
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar in a ziploc bag. Marinate
tenderloins, refrigerated, at least 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove from bag and discard marinade.
Bake for 45 minutes on a rack in roasting pan at 325F. until meat
thermometer registers 160 degrees.
