Salmon Steaks With Mustard-mint Sauce Recipe
Yield: 6 servingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
-or 2 teaspoons dried,
2 tbsp: Fresh lemon juice,
4: Salmon steaks, 6 to 8 ounces
4 tsp: Coarse-grained Dijon-style,
-each,
-mustard,
Salt and pepper,
1/4 cup: Shredded fresh mint leaves,
Directions:
1. Whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, mint and 2
Tablespoons water together in a bowl and let stand at room
temperature for 15 minutes. Preheat the broiler.
2. Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper to taste, then
broil for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
3. Place a broiled salmon steak on each of 4 warm plates and top
with mustard-mint sauce. Serve hot.
