Sausage & Cheese Strata^ Recipe

Ingredients:
12 slice: White bread, cubed
6: Eggs,
8 ounce: Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 cup: Milk,
4 ounce: Mozarella cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp: Salt,
8 ounce: Ham or bacon, cubed cooked
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
And crumbled,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 can: , (4oz) mushrooms, drained
Directions:
Grease 13X9" pan. Layer half the bread cubes, cheese, ham or bacon,
mushrooms and remaining bread. Beat together eggs, milk and
seasonings. Cover and chill at least four hours.
Preheat oven to 350F., then bake 1 hour until a knife tests clean.
