South Of The Border Dip^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Ground beef, browned
1 small: Chopped onion,
1 can: , (15 1/2 oz) refried beans
]1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can: , (8oz) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 package: Taco seasoning,
1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
SOUR CREAM TOPPING
1 cup: , (8oz) sour cream
1/4 tsp: Chili powder,
2 tbsp: Shredded cheddar cheese,
GARNISH
2 cup: Shredded lettuce,
Cheese,
1 cup: , (4oz) shredded cheddar
Tortilla chips,
Directions:
Bring to a boil the meat, beans, tomato sauce, seasonings, onion and
pepper. Pour into a 9" pie plate.
Combine topping ingredients and spread over meat. Top with lettuce and
cheese. Serve with chips.
