Stove Top Bread Pudding^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 slice: Raisin bread, cut in 1/2"
1 cup: Nonfat milk,
Cubes,
1 tsp: Maple syrup,
1: Egg,

Directions:
Blend egg, milk and maple syrup. Toss bread crumbs in to coat.

Stir in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until set.
