Swisscamole Burgers^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt, divided
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
4 slice: Bacon, cooked and crushed
2: Ripe avocados,
4 slice: Swiss cheese,
1 tbsp: Grated onion,
4: Hamburger buns,
Directions:
Combine meat, salt and pepper. Make 8 small patties. Mix together
avocados, salt, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise and bacon. Pplace a
slice of cheese on 4 of the patties and top with avocado mixture. Top
with plain patties pressing edges to seal. Cook as desired. Serve on
buns.
